We don’t just deliver your telecare device, we make sure it’s working perfectly and that you feel confident using it from day one.

Delivery & Setup

All of our devices are personally delivered and professionally installed by a member of our team. During your appointment, we will:

  • Set up and test the equipment

  • Show you (and your family or carer, if present) how to use it

  • Carry out a test call to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)

  • Make sure you feel fully comfortable and confident before we leave

We currently offer delivery and setup across the Isle of Wight.


 

Returns

If you need to return a device for any reason, we’ll make it easy. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange a collection at a convenient time.

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is in good working order (unless it’s faulty)

  • It is returned within a reasonable time frame

  • You’ve notified us in advance to schedule the collection

If a device is found to be faulty, we will arrange a repair or replacement.
