In an emergency, users or carers should always contact 999 or the appropriate emergency services where necessary.
While our devices and systems are designed to operate reliably, no technology can guarantee prevention of harm, injury, medical incidents or emergency situations.

Safeguard Technologies does not guarantee the accuracy of location information displayed by any device or application.
Fall detection technology is designed to provide additional reassurance but cannot guarantee that all falls will be detected. It may also occasionally generate an alert where no fall has occurred. Customers should not rely solely upon fall detection technology as a substitute for appropriate supervision, care arrangements or emergency procedures.
Any health, wellbeing or biometric information displayed by a device, including heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, temperature, step count or similar information, is provided for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring of medical conditions or medical decision making.
