We don’t just deliver your telecare device, we make sure it’s working perfectly and that you feel confident using it from day one.
Delivery & Setup
All of our devices are personally delivered and professionally installed by a member of our team. During your appointment, we will:

Set up and test the equipment

Show you (and your family or carer, if present) how to use it

Carry out a test call to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)

Make sure you feel fully comfortable and confident before we leave
We currently offer delivery and setup across the Isle of Wight.
Returns
If you need to return a device for any reason, we’ll make it easy. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange a collection at a convenient time.
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The product is in good working order (unless it’s faulty)

It is returned within a reasonable time frame

You’ve notified us in advance to schedule the collection
If a device is found to be faulty, we will arrange a repair or replacement.
