There is no complicated technology to manage and no need to carry a mobile phone. With one press of the SOS button, the wearer can speak directly to their chosen family contacts or our 24/7 Emergency Resolution Team.

For them, it means confidence and independence. For you, it means knowing help is within reach.

Personally set up around your family

We configure every watch around the individual who will be wearing it, including their chosen contacts and support arrangements. We can also provide a friendly local setup visit to make sure everyone understands how the watch works.

Support that continues

Our service doesn’t end once the watch has been supplied. If you have questions, circumstances change or you need help with the device, our Island-based team will remain available to provide ongoing advice and support.

what people say

Real stories. Genuine peace of mind.

Nothing means more to us than hearing how our support has made a difference. From families feeling reassured to individuals gaining new confidence, our customers’ experiences speak volumes.

My wife has dementia and enjoys going for walks, but I was always worried if she became confused or lost her way. The watch has given both of us much more confidence. I can see where she is if needed and she knows help is only a button press away.

David

After a fall last year, I lost confidence walking the dogs on my own. The watch has helped me regain my independence. I can still enjoy my daily walks knowing that if I need help, support is available at the touch of a button.

My children were worried about me being out and about on my own, especially as I live alone. Having the watch gives us all peace of mind. I can carry on doing the things I enjoy, while my family know I can quickly get help if I need it.

Jean

My mum had a fall in the bath and broke her arm. She had to drag herself across the floor to raise the alarm. If she had one of the pendants or wrist alarms she would have received a response immediately

My father went in to a care home and communication was extremely difficult. If I'd known one of these mobile big button phones was available, I'd have bought him one straight away
