When the SOS button is pressed, the watch contacts nominated family members or friends in a chosen order. Ideal for families who want to manage alerts themselves.
24/7 Emergency Resolution Team
£30 per month
(equivalent to £7 per week)
SOS alerts are answered by our professional Emergency Resolution Team, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They can assess the situation, contact family members or arrange further assistance when necessary.
One-off setup
A one-off £99 device setup fee and £25 Administration Fee
This covers preparing and configuring the watch, adding the appropriate contacts and support details, and ensuring it is ready to use.
No minimum contract. No long-term commitment.
VAT relief may be available for eligible customers.
